Fetish Friday - Diaper Fetish

Given my job, there aren’t many fetishes that creep me out. I don’t want to say that there are only a few things I don’t do, but I’m obviously not going to concede my arm to someone into amputation. Yes, there are those into amputation. Anyways, diaper fetishism and the adult baby fetishes totally creep me out. Sorry for those of you that are into those fetishes that are readers of my blog, but I am brutally honest.

In general, adult babies/diaper fetishists really enjoy the intimacy involved with diapering and being cared for. Sometimes, the diapering is used as a form of humiliation. According to Wikipedia, “this tends to produce a sense of being set free from social or job-related pressures, or from personal responsibilities, as it offers an easy escape into the simplicity of how they imagine a child might feel.” I think this sums it up fairly well. I’ve noticed that a lot of diaper fetishists tend to have stressful, white collar jobs. The diapering/care aspect is probably some form of stress relief.

Not all fetishists are interested in wetting or messing their diapers. Some just enjoy wearing. Others do get off on wetting and messing. It all depends on the person.

Age play plays an important role in adult diapering. Some fetishists enjoy pretending to be a newborn, while others enjoy being teenagers. Again, it totally depends on the person.

To get back to the domination/humiliation aspect of diapering, I think it’s important to note that diapering is sometimes necessary in the case of prolonged periods of restraint to prevent um, accidents. Maybe I should start diapering my dogs…
